Hi

This question relates to how - and is it even possible? - to install both the Macrium Winpe boot environment and Truecrypt whole disk encryption on a laptop hard disk. I can install Truecrypt (TC) happily if I don't have the Macrium boot option installed but not with it installed.

I thought that the Macrium Winpe boot system used a standard Windows dual boot config and that Winpe was a cut down version of Windows and so a simple installation of TC as a 'dual boot' PC option should work but I can't get it to do so.

It all installs fine but on the pre encrypt boot test the system fails to boot.

Has anyone else got this working?

David
