I have Macrium Reflect 5.0 installed on my son's Windows 7 64 bit PC and just tried to do a image backup but got an Error Code 6. He has an Administrator account.

If I understand correctly I need to run Chdisk C: /r from a Command Prompt Administrator option. When I run this though its saying something like C drive is locked and I need to run an Elevated Prompt but aren't I already doing this?

It will let me run Chdisk from Tools with fix errors checked. Is this the same as running a Command Prompt R
