Soon, I will be replacing my WinXP desktop with a new Win7 desktop. What is the correct way to install Macrium on the new PC and move my license key from the old system to the new system?

Hi

Remove your license key and uninstall Reflect on old PC by following tutorial: http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50111.aspx

To download and reinstall the latest version of Macrium Reflect on new computer, get and run the Download Agent available from: http://updates.macrium.com/reflect/v5.0/reflectdlfull.exe In the dialog which appears select 'Full Software' and enter your license key then click on 'Download'.

For more options, if needed, in using the Download Agent see tutorial: http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50185.aspx

Hope this helps

Regards

et

Thanks for the reply & links. Guess I wasn't looking in the right place when I looked through the KB articles.

It looks like that is just the information I was looking for. If I can get past some of these other software installation problems, I'll be ready to move Reflect as one of the last steps before putting this PC into production.
