Hi,

I updated my PC from win 7 to win 10 and want to restore to the win 7 image I created with macrium reflect v5. Unfortunately the standard license code I have for macrium reflect is declared invalid. This code was the following:16-XXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXX
I need urgent help! Thank you.

Hi napa

Thanks for posting.

Your v5 license has been upgraded to a free v6 license. This replaces your v5 key.

You can access your keys here:

Hi napa

Can you please check you Spam folder.

If you can't find the email can you open a support ticket and we will help you further:

I'm afraid we can't display your license keys on a public forum.
