When I bought Macrium V5, I set up a User Name and Password (and a reference Email address, which is what I use when I buy Macrium) for this V5 forum.
I have now upgraded to Ver 6. The Ver. 6 forum asks for Email and Password. But that does not seem to work, and in fact, it doesn't even recognize my Email address, and therefore won't send me info so I can create a new password.
Doesn't the V6 forum follow the same guidelines as the V5 forum, and reference my account information?
And not a V5 problem, but the User Guide for V6 I think is very poorly laid out. In V5 I could find entries by items listed on the Menu bar. Not so in V6. Try to find info on Other Tasks-Edit Defaults, for example.
Not a good start to V6 for me.

The V5 and V6 forums are NOT related. Neither are they related to your Reflect product. So you must create a new account on the V6 forum in order to use it.
When you do get your V6 account set up, please post your issue about the V6 manual on that forum.

The v6 forum has been down for a short while this weekend and has been upgraded. Please check it again.

Thanks for the tip and the prompt response. Too bad that is not mentioned on the V6 site, since I assume a large % of their members were V5 users at one time

I will do that as soon as I finish here. I just registered there.
Update: The updated V6 forum is a very significant improvement over what it looked like when I made my initial post! The User Guide is very thorough and well done--so no need for me to post there on this topic.

Thanks for the tip. I just now registered, and it seems to be working.
