I like the fact that Reflect can send an email notification on backup completion (VBScript), but some SMTP systems may need a username/password or use a different port other than 25. This ability would be a useful improvement.

Good for username/password and authentication settings.

Here's a few more that will allow further customizations that "I" use.

objMessage.Configuration.Fields.Item("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/SendPassword")="yourpassword"
