When I start Macrium Reflect today the problem said updates is avaliable so I process the updates.
After updates I restarted the program, I can only hoover along the top menu option, but once I either select the backup or retore task, the program hanged and no response.I need to closed the program with Windows Task Manger.
On the Hlep - About showing the follows:
Edition: Complete Edition (64-bit)
Software Version: 4.2
Build No.: 3775
The machine is a Windows 2003 R2 X64 Server with Exchange 2007.
I have even restarted the server but got the same problem.
Is there any ways to fixed this problem or roll back the updates?
Also, when the program starts, it reminding me I need to create a Rescue Disk for the updates, when I start the Windows PE 2.0 option, it said "I have already downloaded this file.Please install using the file you previously downloaded." So, where can I find this file, and how to install the Rescue CD with this file?
