Hello we have numerous un registered licenses for v4 and previously we have installed them on server 2008 r2. We are installing a new server today and when trying to install macrium we get a dialog saying to check versions on macrium.com. Now that the new version is out can't we use our existing licenses on server 2008??? We have bought loads of version 4 licenses as we use macrium as our prefered backup method on all servers we install.
A quick response would be appreciated.

Also can you buy v4 licenses anymore? or will v5 work on servers? As the server version of your software has considerably gone up in price from about £20 to £100. Also it is more expensive than backup assist??? As they have an education and none profit pricing option. As we are an education support company we support over 100 primary and secondary schools. Due to the lack of money in education we are having to look at alternetive software to use as backup now!!

Its not bulk discount we are after it is cheaper education / non profit discount per license as backup assist offer. They also have options for centralised monitoring of clients!!
