I received an email that an upgrade, version 5 is available, at a discounted price.

I have gotten a new computer, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. On my old computer, Windows XP, I have version 4.2 Build 2409, I believe the Standard Edition. Can I just download this new version 5 to my new computer? I assume it is the full program? Without having to transfer anything from my old computer? Then “remove license” from my old computer before installing v5 on my new computer?

I don't need to copy any of the files in backup on my old computer as I have already transfered the files I need to the new computer.

You'll need to uninstall/deregister V4 before using the upgrade license for V5 on the new system. Also keep your V4 license handy since it might ask for it.
