Hi, I have two instances of reflect running on two different servers.
Neither of which completes automated backups any more. I get the error code above. I am not aware of any change in permissions for the user account. I am finding macrium reflect to be very difficult to keep running, this isn't the first issue I have had - and I am starting to lose confidence. maybe this is because the software provides absolutely no reason for failure or any suggestion as to solving the problems. Can you please help me to sort this out?
Thanks for contacting us, sorry you are having problems.
The error code you have supplied indicates that either the user account being used to run scheduled tasks either has had a password change or is lacking the necessary privileges to run the scheduled tasks.
Why is it that you guys have all the information on these error codes but dont feel this needs to be put into the application to provide feedback as the issue happens.
It would make me far less likely to get frustrated if the system said that rather than simply giving me an error code,
