The Reflect Rescue CD uses version 2.6 of the Linux kernel. This release of the kernel has full support for USB and fire wire external disk drives as well as a huge range of network cards and input devices.

Should you find a particular device is not working then please post as much information as you can regarding make, model and serial number and we will try and update the Rescue CD to accommodate

Reflect 3.0.1730 Released. Reflect now includes a Windows PE 2.0 (Vista) based rescue CD for registered users.

Paramount Software (Macrium Software)UK Ltd is pleased to announce as a Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor) we can supply a Windows PE 2.0 recovery CD to complement the Reflect backup software. Due to licensing restrictions this Recovery CD is available FREE to registered users of Reflect only.

The main advantages of this solution are:

1. Customers with PC's that are incompatible with our Linux based Rescue CD can access and restore partitions and files without problem.

2. A new 'Fix Boot Problems' option will repair the boot process if your PC fails to load windows.
