There are things I know - I need no help for them.
There are things I forget - Here I need help.

I may know I have seen relevant information in a topic.
I may even know whether it was a topic I started or one I answered.
I may even remember whether it was last month or last year.
I have probably forgotten the Topic of the Title.

With luck I might have subscribed so I click on "My Subscriptions".
I see a long list of topics.
Half the space is taken up by a line telling me I am Alan9182 - I had not forgotten that ! !
It would probably help if you told me the topic starter so I will know if this is one I was answering.
I think you present the list by forums and then by date. That is good.
Please also identify the date when I subscribed - it might help.
