Hello
We have following configuration:
Location A, we have a server with the data to backup
Location B, the NAS to store the backup data
On server, we mount the NAS-folder with NetDrive (FTP)
Macrium Reflect runs on server, two scheduled file jobs that append to the newest backup file.
The first job has an error often (no destination backup to append to). But the structure of backup files is ok.
The second job has never errors, but the structure of the files is wrong:
after any backups macrium increment the backup ID and not the counter

when i browse the image, macrium shows all incrementel files with the same counter (i.e. -08-08) as one image. I can not restore files from last week, because the counter is the same for the last 20 backups...
Any idea?

Hi,
We are sorry that you have experienced this issue.
From the filename sequence, what is happening with your second job is that incremental #5,#7 & #8 have failed, but NetDrive has failed to respond to delete commands from Reflect for the failed images. Therefore Reflect has create a new filename prefix to workaround this.
Unfortunately due to such issues, we don't support Reflect with NetDrive mounted disks.
