Will there ever be a fix to support problems with Win PE in Restore for 3.0 USB. Is there another PCIe card I can Use? The drivers that came on disc with the card are NEC.

Hi, perhaps V5 may have the correct drives you require, as that I believe will use that latest winpe environment.

Macrium have been very, and in my opinion unduly secretive about version 5. It is I believe meant to be released this month, which ends today, so you never know it may be released today.

As above no information has been publicly provided by Macrium regarding upgrade options/pricing, and no proper members area has been implemented publicly yet (which is something I suggested a while ago now, and was given the impression that would happen soon)(http://support.macrium.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3126)

Back to your original point on usb3, I have usb3 and my keyboard/mouse were plugged into them, and I did not come across and issues.

Windows 7 *64 SP1,
Window 7 *86 SP1
Norton Internet Security 19.0.0.128
Macrium Reflect 4.2 3141

Advice to me was use USB 2.0 to restore. I don't have problem using 3.0 for backup, just restore--. Just discovered today, I won't need WINPE (with all its problems), I can use LINUX rescue cd if plugged into USB 2.0. I really like this program and have worked all week trying to get to a decent restore TRIAL -- getting the restore right to the "BRINK",but not actually restore. Sure wish 3.0 USB support would hurry.

For the TEAM AT MACRIUM, CONGRATS, I NOW HAVE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL RECUE DISK THAT EXCEEDS ANYTHING ANYBODY ELSE HAS,INCLUDING MICROSOFT. THE NEW WINPE 3.1 HAS SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEMS AND I LOVE IT!! BEING ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE IT SO EASILY IS A FAVORITE POINT. THANX FOR ALL---I REALLY KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO GET REAL TECH SUPPORT---YOU DIDN'T QUIT UNTIL ALL WAS RIGHT FOR ME AND I APPRECIATE IT.
