 Win Vista - "Explore Image" Quit Working		  Forum Locked

I cannot "Explore Image" from Explore right-click context menu. It used to work fine. I get "Parameter Incorrect error message from Windows.

I can explore image from Reflect menu. I am on version 4 (now 4.2 build 3775, but error occurred prior to Macrium version update.

I did do system restore and don't know if error occured before or after doing restore.

Is there supposed to be a database of backup images in the backup folder to keep the images in order? I don't see any files other than image files in the backup folder.

Perhaps if you go to 'Add/remove programs' or 'Programs and features' - depending on Windows version - you can select Macrium Reflect and then try a repair.
