It has been over a year since I downloaded a trial version and then upgraded/purchased 4 licenses for $79.98.
I have had to run the software in WIN XP PRO SAFE mode to get it to run at all. In the normal mode I was getting windows default "Blue Screen" abort.
I have now had problems in the SAFE mode -- software won't create log entry. I have run CHKDSK, DEFRAG and antivirus check. I have upgraded to VER 4.2.3775. I have now removed the REFLECT software from my computer.
What can I do next to get the product to run and cover my investment ?
A BSOD during imaging is a sign of hardware and/or Windows system corruption. Macrium Reflect uses core Windows system components (VSS) to create image files and cannot generate a BSOD by itself.
You might want to try a Windows 'repair install' or check for updates for your system and disk controller drivers.
