> To upgrade internal hard disk, I copy all partitions including boot recovery partition.
Do you mean you created a Macrium Reflect Image containing these partitions? And did you save the Image to an external hard drive or other drive?
> Then I made a BartPE cdrom, but BertPE crush at start due to 64-bit?
If you have a Bart PE rescue CD, it will not use your operating system it uses its own cut down operating system to boot; so 64 or 32 bit is irrelevant. If you are creating a Bart PE CD it has to be created on 32 bit XP operating system.
Bart PE is not compatible with all hardware. Windows PE is better as it contains a broader range of drivers and you can add additional drivers if needed.
> How can I adjust boot sector of new hard disk? Windows rescue DVD?
MBR will be restored when you restore an Image.
Hope this helps

In addition to et's response, BartPE is not compatible with 64 bit Windows. It uses system files from your OS and cannot operate with 64 bit files. It's also a third party application and not supported by us.
Please use the Windows PE rescue CD provided with Reflect.
Can you also explain what you mean by 'adjust boot sector'?
