Gentlemen: I tried to restore my computer today using the Recovery CD made when I purchased the product. My computer is a Dell E510 running Windows 7 with all updates. Hence I had to reinstall Windows and all my programs. Fortunately I had backed up my data on a thumb drive.
I checked my setup and I had the CD drive as the first bootup device.
How do I get this Windows PE that other members talk about?
If you are using the licensed version of Macrium, click the button to create a boot disk, and choose the WinPE option. If you are talking about the boot menu option, that's in the options menu to add Reflect to the boot menu, which will come up every time the system is booted.
Merlin...thank you very much. When I asked for the Windows PE within the Macrium Reflect Program (V4.2), the program claimed I had already downloaded it. So I had to pay my $8.00 to Cleverbridge and it works like a charm.
