Does Reflect Support Webdisk (WebDAV)or FTP as a method of network backup?

I have tried using my webhost's WebDISK and FTP facilities with a small test file. Reflect gives me a successful message upon completion, but no file appears to have been copied. A search of the local disk space also shows no results.

Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone assist me with this query?

Hi,

Reflect only supports imaging to local partitions and smb/cifs (windows) shares. You cannot image to directly to FTP services or webdav shares.

You might experience issues if you "map a drive" to such services as Reflect is not designed to handle intermittent connectivity characteristic of such mounts.
