I just purchased and installed V5. Now when PC boots up I see a black/white screen that says I can select Win7 -or- Macrium Reflect System Recovery. Why is this now happening? Will this be something that will always be seen? Would I select the System Recovery option if there was some sort of problem whem I try to boot? I never saw this when I ran the trial version.

Hi

The boot menu option allows you to restore your system without a recovery CD. If you don't want the recovery boot menu then take the 'Other Tasks' > 'Add Recovery Boot Menu' option and select 'No Menu'
