Hi everybody,
I am new on this forum.
I'm testing the trial version of Macrium 4.1 build 1931 on Windows Vista Ultimate. I recorded the image of my system partition (C) on a USB disk, the program works until 100% for approx 20 min. but the recording window remains still on video (I miss the usual dialog "image process complete"). if I click on "close", the program says "are you sure to terminate?". It seems as the procedure is not completed. I kill the process with task manager (no other solution to exit) and I verify and browse the image file. Everything is ok, no problems found (but I don't test a restore operation...)
Anyone else got this problem?

Hi Stef65

The image appears to have completed successfully. I'm wondering if the Image completed dialog is somehow obscured. Perhaps you could try Alt+Tab after completion to see if it is hidden?

Can you check if the completion dialog is underneath the backup wizard by dragging it to the side?

thanks for your reply.
I tried another backup and this works successfully, with final prompt of complete operation.
I must say that before second test I stopped Avast antivirus services.
