hi, i'm using reflect 4.1. when i use the backup wizard to create an image of the system partition the app hangs...this happens as soon as i click the next button after choosing the CD/DVD option. task manager reports that reflect is not responding. i can and did create an image to hard disc. any ideas?
The version you are using has a problem writing to non re-writable media. We are in the process of creating a patch to update everyone with a fix for this. However, you can simply download v4.1.1905 from here:
I've not seen that message before What sort of media are you using?
Could you right click on the log file in Reflect, select 'View Source' then save the file and email it to support@macrium.com to see if it gives us a clue?
