What advantages, if any, are there to a schedule of full & incremental file backups vs a schedule of full & incremental image backups, since you can apparently restore individual files from an image backup?

Hi

Disk images always backup the entire partition. File backups backup selected folders and files, therefore the backup can be much smaller and quicker. It's up to you how you schedule images and backups dependant on your PC usage.
